EQMS (Electronic Quality Management System)
An electronic system which provides a set of policies, processes and procedures required for planning execution of various processes or activities in the pharmaceutical industry which contributes to higher product quality. It is powered by blockchain technology to store each execution of each procedure involved in the manufacture of any drug from the very beginning of an Active Primary Ingredient (API) intake to the delivery of the final drug to a verified distributor.
The entire chain of procedures, equipment and any other resources involved in the delivery of the final drug can be easily fetched from the blockchain and reviewed whenever it is required and also helps in product callback in case of critical market complaint raised. The software contains a GUI interface, Backend services and Blockchain private network with deployed Smart contracts for creating, executing and storing the procedures marked to an API. The software provides a warehouse management system to store all the information required for every asset in the manufacturing unit. An asset can be anything from an API, equipments used for manufacturing, intermediate products, final drug, etc., The software also provides a unique QR code for each asset registered which can be then printed and pasted on the particular asset. This QR code can be scanned and instantly taken to the asset view where a pdf can be downloaded with provided columns having asset data.
